Please note that manufacturer warranties only cover faults in original hardware (unless you have an accidental damage warranty).
Customer initiated hardware additions and software issues are not covered by manufacturer warranties. A part must be diagnosed as defective and be replaced by an authorized technician in order for it to be covered under a manufacturer warranty. Any services done on a unit outside of warranty will have charges associated with it. Also hardware services done by a non-authorized technician will void your warranty.
To expedite your service you should have the following information available when contacting a service provider:
There are two Apple Authorized Service Providers in Saskatoon;

If your computer is out of warranty we still recommend you have your unit looked at by an authorized service provider as they will be able to diagnoze your issue much faster and be much more likely to be able to order parts specific to your machine than a service provider who is not authorized by your manufacturerer.
